when opening the information dialog for IRC contacts or contacts in a group channel gnome-contacts pops up saying: 
  No contact with id 38f90b63c71b4838ca6bf63d9d6e7be54c613d60 found
Which is not very useful.

While it makes total sense to use gnome-contacts for a lot of contacts, it's not suitable for contacts in a group chat or IRC contacts

We'll need a string freeze approval before merging this as the first patch re-introduces some strings.

Actually that's just one string: "Linked Contacts"

Given that only contacts from folks will be linked and we want to use gnome-contacts for those contacts, do we really need that string?
