Patch to fix build of RPM under RHEL 6.2

In order to successfully build an RPM of Doxygen 1.8.0 under RHEL 6.2 the attached patch is necessary.

I thought I had removed all references to doxytag, but I see I forgot the .spec file. Thanks for the patch, I'll include it in the next subversion update.

This bug was previously marked ASSIGNED, which means it should be fixed in
doxygen version 1.8.1. Please verify if this is indeed the case. Reopen the
bug if you think it is not fixed and please include any additional information
that you think can be relevant.

The bug is fixed. In Doxygen 1.8.1 the RPM build works out of the box.
