In french, the wacom panel's title is « Tablette graphique Wacom ».
This is too long and take 3 lines, so the control center's last line is hidden and a scrollbar is displayed.

The geometry of the window is blocked and we can't resize the window to correct this...

Not to worry, there's also a scrollbar in English.
