Description Anton Eliasson 2012-02-11 12:36:45 UTC
Currently, the tab titles in Nautilus only show the current working directory. It would be handy to make them show the full path, or at least part of it instead. For example:
Instead of "Documents", I would prefer the tab to say "~/Documents/" or "/home/lukescharf/Documents/" or "...arf/Documents/"

Reading the original report it says that it doesn't feel filesystemy enough without slashes in the tabs. That sounds like a good thing. I don't see how we can effectively fit useful names in the tab labels if we did this. This would be equivalent to trying to display part of the URI in a web browsers tabs. Don't think that is going to be very nice.
