1. Open http://www.gnome.org/~chema/gnumeric_77_5.gnumeric
2. Click on the bottom-right corner of B4 and drag the node to B5
3. The vertical pane should not change when i am dragging above the
horizontal line

Without any more info and without the sample file any longer
available, the best bet is that this was a different incarnation of
bug #77303.
