In current serviceproviders.xml Indian operator Idea has dns server 10.4.42.15
This setting does not work for me (and moreover this ip is reserved for local networks addresses). 
Idea properly provides it's own dns servers addresses while common ppp connection, so this address is not needed here at all.

Please apply this patch.
