1. I was trying to call to android phone ( Galaxy S II, Gingerbread 2.3.4 with video call enabled) . However, there are no options to call the person. Only initiating chat options are available.

2. Calling from the phone to empathy, the call does not connect immediately when I click 'accept with video call' option. There is a delay of atlest 30 secs

3. The symbol on the phone does not show a video device is available.

Compared to Empathy, Pidgin is able to complete the call and I can hear the voice and see video on the computer immediately. The symbol on the phone also indicates a video device is available for a video call.
