GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 665431
NM applet forgets wireless key if connection drops
Last modified: 2014-01-02 16:04:29 UTC
If for some reason the connection is dropped, nm-applet asks for the key, connects and then procedes to forget it. After that, every time I try to connect to the same network I have to input the key again. I have to go to the connection settings to type it and only then will nm-applet remember the key. I'm on Debian, version 0.9.2.0-1 Bug was first reported at http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=646018

NM is better now about differentiation "password incorrect" from other failure modes
