A frame is created for the browser but it is dead. >How-To-Repeat: I can repeat it with the panel at the top Programs -> Help system. I can repeat it with the panel at the bottom (?) What version of libpng do you have? Please upgrade to the latest gnome-core, I think you will find this problem has been fixed.
