GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 662987
Desktop Sharing in applications menu
Last modified: 2013-01-28 18:16:09 UTC
The "Desktop Sharing" shows up in the applications list in GNOME 3.2. IMHO it belongs in the System settings window instead. Also, having the Vino app in Applications menu means that the same icon is used twice (Vino and Vinagre). This means you now have to read the text in order to find the right launcher and cannot just choose the right icon.
The capplet is now OnlyShowIn=Unity through the patch in bug 692480. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 692480 ***
