Right click> create new folder
type in the new name, then while the input is still active, (ie you haven't pressed enter to finish it up) double click the folder to go into it.
the location bar now reflects the name of the folder as "Untitled folder." even though the folder has been successfully renamed.

Yes is true. is a defect, change the status to NEW
