Description Julien Olivier 2011-09-29 11:19:35 UTC
I have set up a google account in gnome-online-accounts, and my gmail contacts automatically appear in gnome-contacts. However, when I search for them from gnome-shell, I can't find any of them. However, the contacts that came from empathy accounts are there and I can find them.

See bug 660580 for the likely reason. Currently, the shell only searches in 'alias' and im address fields, and most gmail contacts don't have any of those fields.
