userMenu: fix height for width negociation

Actually, my name is too long to fit on one line, so it's written on 2 lines, but the box gets allocated twice the height necessary so my name gets stuck to the top border, and the im status combobox goes under the notification switch, with a big blank space between the name and the combobox.
The items are correctly positioned if I shorten my name.

With this patch, it works well even with a 4 lines long name...
