Reproduction steps:
1) start gnome-terminal from the Applications menu
2) kill `pidof metacity`
3) exit gnome-terminal
4) start another gnome-terminal
5) left-click on the menu bar in the area to the right of 'Help'

Observe that mouse grab is now stuck and cannot activate any menu items

up-to-date F15
gtk3 3.0.12, gnome-terminal 3.0.1

AFAICS this is still a problem in 3.2.

Jon, you might try updating the Version: tag below in order to get this some more visibility.

I believe this is fixed in current git master.

Confirming this is fixed in 3.2.3, presumably this has the same underling cause as bug #650943.
