I install gimp 2.7.3 at hangeul Windows 7.
When i press F1 key, GIMP help browser is displayed.
In the Left frame, hangeul(Korean letter) is displayed well.
But, in the right frame of Gimp help browser every hangeul is displayed square.(English shows well.)

That would be a problem with WebKit, can anyone confirm this?

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
However, you are using a version that is too old and not supported anymore.
Could you please test this bug with the current version 2.8.2 of GIMP? You find it with localized help files for your language at http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html. 

Does it occur if you choose to display the help in your systems web browser? To achieve this, please open Edit/Preferences/Help System and in the field 'Help browser to use' select 'Web browser'. 
An answer within the next 6 weeks is highly appreciated.
