Use actual timestamps when loading scrollback files

When opening xchat-gnome, the scrollback logs that are loaded don't have the previous timestamps, they all get reset to the current time. This is annoying when trying to locate a previous conversation.

The attached patch fixes the issue in a way similar to what xchat does.
