I currently have issues trying to access the Gobby server instance at gobby.gnome.org which is hosting the Board shared documents and meeting minutes. the gobby client just sits there indefinitely trying to set up the TLS connection and dies after a timeout.

Fixed. Note that I had to move the private sobby instance to 8443. I believe this is the version the board uses.

Actually, I've fixed it and it is running on port 443 again.
