For bringing up a system its useful to have the examples installed so they can be packaged and used.

Attached is a rough patch based on work by Rob Bragg.  The first thing to fix is the location of the examples, but also should the examples be always installed or should there be a configure option?

Cogl master has now been patched to allow installation of the examples if --enable-examples-install is passed to ./configure
