Since updating to 2.4.6 I have been unable to delete transactions.  Both the "delete" key in the menu bar, and the "delete transaction" option in the right-click menu do nothing.

I guess technically it could be, even if from the point of view of an ignorant user it is not intuitively so.   I view it as an ignorant user.  I try to delete a transaction, and nothing visible happens - *NOTHING WHATSOEVER*.  There is no menu, no warning, the program simply doesn't react.  That doesn't *seem* to link with the bug mentioned, but I'm not saying it doesn't actually do so.

Our reports seem to have had the desired effect.  The bug 473315 has been reviewed by a GnuCash developer and had its Status bumped to NEW and Severity to MAJOR.

Reassign version to 2.4.x so that individual 2.4 versions can be retired.
