Description ali 2011-07-23 20:07:12 UTC
Add a motion detection feature, allowing recording upon the detection of a motion.

The user should also be able to choose the sensitivity level of the detection algorithm.
Comment 1 Stefan Sauer (gstreamer, gtkdoc dev) 2011-11-14 12:10:18 UTC
gstreamer has gstmotioncells that could be used for that purpose.
Comment 2 André Klapper 2020-11-12 07:11:59 UTC
bugzilla.gnome.org is being replaced by gitlab.gnome.org. We are closing all
old bug reports and feature requests in GNOME Bugzilla which have not seen
updates for a long time.

If you still use cheese and if you still see this bug / want this feature in a
recent and currently supported version, then please feel free to report it at
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/cheese/-/issues/

Thank you for creating this report and we are sorry it could not be implemented
(volunteer workforce and time is quite limited).
