Description William Jon McCann 2011-07-12 00:09:03 UTC
When I open up the date and time panel the time is correct until the minute advances. Then it is wrong by what seems like the timezone offset.

For example, opening the panel now shows 8:08 PM. After waiting up to a minute, the time changes to 12:09 AM. Though oddly the date doesn't advance.
