Steps to reproduce:
1) Download PDF from http://documentation.openoffice.org/tutorials/cospa/Cospa_Writer_Tutorial.pdf
2) Open with evince

The openoffice.org text from the footer is wrapped in two lines, most of the text doesn't fit in the blue bounding boxes, on page 5 the text doesn't fit on the page, on page 7 the contents of two bounding boxes overlap. It seems to be a spacing issue (spacing between characters and lines).

Adobe Reader renders the document the same as Evince. The bug is in the software that created the PDF.
