Hi,

gnome-terminals requires gtk-builder-convert to generate .ui files from .glade files on the fly during build.
This means that even if you build the GTK3 version of gnome-terminal, you need to have the GTK2 devel package installed.

Please consider doing a one-time migration of the .glade files. You already depend on gtk2 >= 2.18 which is recent enough to support .ui files for the GTK2 build.
