Read-only view of the .gnupg keyring data (photos, name, e-mail address, comments, public key). Gives capabilities for encrypting to the person. Can expose the GPG key trust model (public keys have to be signed by someone else before you can trust them). Can be used to provide trusted linking information (by e-mail address) between personas.
