* gnome-mag requires bonobo
* bonobo was deprecated, is no longer part of GNOME effective 3.0
* distros shipping GNOME 3 have dropped both gnome-mag and bonobo
* Orca's master branch is now strictly for GNOME 3.1/3.2 and later

Therefore, we are going to remove gnome-mag support from Orca's master branch. We'll keep this support in place for Orca's gnome-3-0 and orca-xdesktop branches.
