Add unity quicklist support

In Unity, we have a feature that enables static Quicklist entries. Those
entries are always displayed on right click once the application is added to
the launcher.
More information at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Unity/LauncherAPI

This patch adds one entry to gnome-terminal quicklist in Unity to open a new instance of gnome-terminal.

If you need any other information, do not hesitate.

I don't think desktop files are a dumping ground for random downstream stuff.

If and when Gnome has a standard for app menu / jumplist, we'll add support for that [https://live.gnome.org/ThreePointOne/Features/ApplicationMenu].
