Add path tag on import

The import UI has a new checkbox : "Attach path as tag" If it is checked, then photos are automatically tagged with a tag of their absolute directory. For example:

File

/home/marek/newPictures/img_022.jpg

will be tagged /home/marek/newPictures

I wrote this patch, because I already have my pictures sorted according to the events they were taken on:

Birthdays/Friend1_2010/
         /Friend2_2010/
         /Friend1_2009/
         /Friend2_2009/
..

If I selected Birthdays as import folder, I would have had to re-tag the pictures according to the time but usually it is not that easy if events are close together and long ago. Try remembering in which city you were 10 years ago on vacation on each day of the vacation :-)
The alternative would have been to import every directory by itself, which is too much work.

Try it out and give me feedback on it.

Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping as we are planning to shut down GNOME Bugzilla in favor of GNOME Gitlab.
