right click menu under the gnome shell.

Overview:
When right clicking in some application (e.g. in firefox), The top part of the right click menu (e.g. open in new tab) will go under the panel and reading it, is not possible.

Steps to reproduce:
1- open an application (e.g. firefox)
2- right click on a link or just some place in the page which is almost in the middle of the page (right click menu should open on top of the mouse pointer).

Actual result:
the top part of right click menu will go under the gnome panel.

Expected result:
right click menu be on in front of the panel.

Attached a screenshot where the "open in new tab" button is under the gnome shell.
