Please add descriptions to strings

A request was made on the mailing list to include descriptions for the new strings added during the string freeze without approval. This bug is just a reminder so that it doesn't go forgotten. It is very hard/impossible to translate it well without the comments, so should be a priority.

This is the start of the thread on the gnome i18n mailing list: http://mail.gnome.org/archives/gnome-i18n/2011-March/msg00222.html It affects this file: http://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-backgrounds/tree/backgrounds/gnome-backgrounds.xml.in.in There area few strings that already have comments, but ideally all the others should at least point to a URL of the picture. Note that the URLs in the original e-mail are not valid any more, due to restructuring/renaming in gnome-backgrounds. Is this something I'm allowed to fix myself?
String freeze is in a few days. Can we possibly look into this before then?
You can see all background pictures by going to http://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-backgrounds/tree/backgrounds and clicking "plain" in the last column of each image. Would it be sufficient to add this as a translator comment (a direct specific link of course) to each image? If so please assign this to me, or just go ahead if you feel like. :)
