Update GSettings key for desktop background

Opening a bug so we won't forget to change it. http://mail.gnome.org/archives/desktop-devel-list/2011-March/msg00037.html The key has been changed to take a URI as value (although it's still limited to local files) and to make the differentiation clear has changed it's name.

Seems to change the right key (surprise!) and at least the control center capplet picks it up correctly.
