Currently, gnome terminal does not render RTL texts correctly. However, adding support for it does not seem to be complicated and it is probably as simple as rendering using fribidi library (Typing RTL texts is important too, however it is not in the scope of this bug report. It is solely about RTL text rendering e.g. rending 'ls' output).

It'd be great if gnome terminal can correctly render RTL texts (e.g. Persian and Arabic texts).
