the user is able to specify icons for the scripts in the right click menu.
 this should also be possible with the "open with" menu option
it would probably be better to have gnome tell nautilus what the default
icon for the application in the list is.

I guess we'd also want to show these icons in the open with buttons
that appear on the sidebar when you are viewing a file in Nautilus.
