Description John Stowers 2011-03-04 00:44:47 UTC
Middle clicking an application in the application list causes it to be launched on a new workspace. Good.

Unfortunately the overview then closes and the shell moves to the new workspace.

In order to be consistent with chrome/firefox behavior the shell should not just jump to the new workspace. It should remain in the overview. This will allow starting multiple apps in sequential workspaces easier (such as when starting a few new tasks)

Since 3.8, you can keep the overview open by keeping the Ctrl key pressed.
