Description Tom Mort 2011-02-21 18:56:13 UTC
When trying to play music files with Rhythmbox I get a message saying that audiocovert is needed. /usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstaudioconvert.so is present.

I'm trying to use Rhythmbox 0.13.3 with Fedora 14.

Have you ever installed GStreamer from source? (e.g. into /usr/local/lib/?)

Please make a log file like this:

 $ GST_DEBUG=*:5 gst-inspect-0.10 audioconvert 2>dbg.log

Also, check if this works:

 $ gst-inspect-0.10 /usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstaudioconvert.so
