Seeking with the mousewheel is asymmetric: scrolling up seeks forward 15 seconds, but scrolling down seeks backward only 5 seconds.

The same is true for the arrow keys: left goes 15s back and right goes 1 minute forward.

I would expect the same intervals for both arrow keys, or for both mouse wheel directions.
