Screen shots of Print dialog boxes

Have only just downloaded Gimp version 2.6.11 and have been unable to successfully
use the print function.

The Print dialog box which presents itself is different from that shown in 
Section 2.13, Print of the Help documentation. See attachment.

Attempts to make modifications using the Print and/or Page Setup dialog boxes
result in failure. Any changes appear not to be applied to the printed output.
