Click on Actions menu
Click on Transfer menu
Show Income/Expense checkbox is checked for both "Transfer from" and "Transfer to"
Uncheck "Transfer from" Show Income/Expense checkbox
Income and Expense accounts are NOT hidden
Check "Transfer from" Show Income/Expense checkbox
Income and Expense accounts ARE hidden
Uncheck "Transfer from" Show Income/Expense checkbox
Nothing happens
Check "Transfer from" Show Income/Expense checkbox
Nothing happens

It works for me here (on Linux). Can you add a screenshot for when it doesn't work?

On the "transfer from" list doesn't display the Income/Expense nodes after cheking the checkbox, uncheking, and cheking again (BUG).

On the "transfer from" list doesn't display the Income/Expense nodes after cheking the checkbox. If unchecked and checked again doesn't display Income/Expense also

Translations:
Activos=Assets
Pasivo=Liabilities
Patrimonio=Equity
Income=Ingresos
Expense=Gastos
