Go to Edit > Preferences > Composer Preferences > General.

The strings

have no mnemonic.

I really question the usefulness of mnemonics in a preferences dialog, especially since now you can't even see them without holding down Alt.

1) Feel free to ask a11y people.
2) You can turn that setting off.
