The right half of the icon is faded while in RTL locales, it is the left half that is below the application name.

I can confirm this bug on ubuntu precise, gnome-shell 3.3.92-0ubuntu1. The left part of the icon, which is is belwo the text in RTL locale, is crisp, and the right part is faded. It should be the other way around.

In gnome-shell 3.9.5, from master, the bug is fixed.

It fixed in 3.9.x.
