Description Julien Olivier 2010-11-26 18:06:05 UTC
Whenever I click on the drop-down menu next to each attachment, I get a delay before the drop-down menu is displayed. It seems that this delay is proportional to the size of the attachment. Sometimes, for relatively large videos, it can take dozens of seconds before it appears. But then, if I click on the menu for the same attachment, it is displayed immediately.
Comment 1 Matthew Barnes 2010-11-26 18:21:06 UTC
I believe this is already fixed in 2.32.
Comment 2 Julien Olivier 2011-04-01 12:52:51 UTC
I've just tested in 2.32.2 and the bug is still there.
Comment 3 Julien Olivier 2011-04-27 09:46:07 UTC
Do you need any more information? Am I really the only one seeing this?
Comment 4 Julien Olivier 2011-05-09 10:50:11 UTC
OK, I've finally understood what's wrong: I'm using IMAP, and attachments are downloaded when you first try to open them, and not when the message is retrieved. The solution was simply to check "Copy folder content locally for offline operation" in the inbox' properties.
