AqBanking fails to connect to bank due to a GnuTLS error

This is a problem I've had since 2.2 came out, and it happened with all version of 2.3.x. Whenever I try to use aqbanking to do any online transaction, most of the time (though not always), it fails with the following error message: Sending jobs to the bank(s) Locking users Locking user [...] Executing HBCI jobs AqHBCI started Connecting to bank... Resolving hostname "[...]" ... IP address is [...] Selecting iTAN mode "iTAN" Opening dialog Encoding queue Sending queue Connecting to bank... TLS Handshake Error: -59 (GnuTLS internal error.) Retrying to connect (SSLv3) TLS Handshake Error: -59 (GnuTLS internal error.) Could not connect to the bank Unable to send (network error) AqHBCI finished. Postprocessing jobs Resetting provider queues This error message also appears when I use the command line version aqhbci-tool4.exe: > aqhbci-tool4 getsysid Executing HBCI jobs AqHBCI started Connecting to bank...
