Description:
I used Red Carpet to upgrade to Nautilus 1.4.  After logging out and
logging back in I discovered that my panels were missing.  Turns out
that I have the "Keep panels below other windows" option enabled,
and my panels were hidden beneath the Nautilus desktop.  Once I
turned off having Nautilus control my desktop, I saw the menus.
Changing the panel to either "same level as other windows" or
"Keep panels above other windows" makes the panels visible again,
but I really want my panels to be below all other windows (except
the desktop, of course :-)

Unknown version 1.0.x in product nautilus. Setting version to the default, "unspecified".
