"I sent a file to a contact. After it was complete, the transfer percentage bar still showed 26%.

I think it probably only happens with small files that complete
quickly - the file in question was small. Perhaps when file transfers
faster than the update interval of the UI."

Which protocol was used? Jabber? MSN? Link-local?

This bug does occur with other protocols; I'm having the exact same issue with XMPP accounts.
