1. insert a clip with video and audio in the timeline
2. ungroup the audio from it
3. drag the audio down onto another layer
4. try to drag the audio back into its original layer

Result: the audio jumps back down.

Actually, this doesn't happen in pitivi git, only 0.13.5, so it probably has been fixed already :)
