I'm working with two different currencies. First I post my invoice in CVE but when I process the payment to a EUR account the system doesn't make a right conversion.

This report is missing some information. I can't seem to reproduce this based on what you say.

Can you add some more detailed steps to reproduce this on the latest stable GnuCash version ?

There are other bug reports in this area. Is your problem perhaps the same as reported in bug 649362 ?

Yes, the problem reported in the bug 649362 is the same I did reproduce.
