Instead of using GConf keys, GNOME now uses x-scheme-handler/foo mime-types to handle the "foo" URI scheme.

aim, callto and h323 were URI schemes that were listed in libgnome's schemas that could be of interest to Empathy.

That's kinda related to bug #541156.

What was 'aim' used for? Start an aim text chat?
What was the semantic of 'callto'?
We don't support H323 atm.

I don't think that's really a GNOME 3 blocker tbh, I don't think these URI are widely used.

If there are no schemes that Empathy handled, or wants to handle in the short term, then it's fine to remove it from the blockers.

The schemes above were usually handled by Ekiga.
