If you check in mainwindow of time-admin near to TimeZone list there is a small picture or icon before you zone that is selected, I think is pointed to stock_timezone image but is not found it.

PS:I am not sure if this issue is a ubuntu related one or is general.

Confirmed, as I said downstream I'll just remove the icon for 2.32.1.
