Recent gst plugins updates have brought changes in the codec names. Many of the FFMPEG stuff now has "(not recommended, use foobar instead)" in them.

Then if those plugins are crappy, let's simply not show them to the user. Attached is screenshot showing how ridiculous it is, we would benefit from having fewer redundant entries.

Fixed with the new render dialog implementation in pitivi git.
