Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
Package: panel Version: 1.4.0.4 Severity: >Synopsis: Application "panel" (process 1356) has crashed due to a fatal error (Segmentation fault) >Class: sw-bug System: RH 7.2 up2date 10/24/01 >Description: Application "panel" (process 1356) has crashed due to a fatal error (Segmentation fault). Close the error message and bottom panel disappears. Seems to be a problem redhat 7.2. Installed 7.1 on same system (PII-400, Intel System board) and GNOME works fine. Reinstalled 7.2, problem reappears. Stock install from box set CD's. Hope running up2date from redhat would resolve but still have problem. >How-To-Repeat: Occurs consistently on GNOME startup when writing desktop screen. ------- Bug moved to this database by unknown@bugzilla.gnome.org 2001-10-25 00:17 ------- The original reporter (cttinsley@qwest.net) of this bug does not have an account here.
