>Description:
Application "panel" (process 1356) has crashed due to a fatal error (Segmentation fault).  Close the error message and bottom panel disappears.  Seems to be a problem redhat 7.2.  Installed 7.1 on same system (PII-400, Intel System board) and GNOME works fine.  Reinstalled 7.2, problem reappears.  Stock install from box set CD's.  Hope running up2date from redhat would resolve but still have problem.

Occurs consistently on GNOME startup when writing desktop screen.

Please try the latest (1.4.x) version of gnome-core and gnome-libs
from http://download.gnome.org/ Contact me if you need RPMS.
