Description Oleg Andreych 2010-09-12 12:39:46 UTC
After disabling HAL banshee can't see the player.
Earlier I've solved this by creating .is_audio_player file
Comment 1 Jonathan Ernst 2010-11-07 10:25:43 UTC
Could you please comment on this blog post and I'll add the required informations to media-player-info so that your player will work without a .is_audio_player file in banshee, rythmbox, etc.?

If you do, please add a link to this bug report in your comment.

Thanks, added to usb.ids and media-player-info:

Banshee should recognise this player without creating an .is_audio_player file as soon as you get an updated media-player-info package.

As noted by the fine Mr. Ernst, this is fixed in media-player-info. Closing as RESOLVED NOTGNOME
